Our refund and return policy last 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales items are consider as final sales, and cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, we required a proof of purchase (invoice).

We will inspect the items before processing any refunds, returns or exchanges.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Opened-box items
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing error
  • Any item that passed 10 business days of purchase

Refunds

Refund will issue via the original payment method. Please bring the same credit/debit card for the process.

Refund within 5 business days of your purchase

  • Return is subjected to 5% restocking fee, it will be deducted from the refund amount (This applies to the unopened-box only)

Refund within 10 business days of your purchase

  • Return is subjected to 25% restocking fee, and will be deducted from your refund amount
  • All return items must be in re-sellable condition with original packaging and accessories. If not, refund can be refused or subjected a penalty

Refunds/Exchanges

You can request a replacement within 10 business days from your purchase.

Items must be in re-sellable condition with all the accessories in order to qualify for an exchange

Shipping Returns

All air conditioner units CANNOT be return by shipping.

Please email us <marxair@yahoo.ca> before shipping your return items. Same condition, and restocking fee are applied.

Customer are responsible for the returning freight.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returns.
