All orders are processed and shipped during the regular business hours, Monday to Friday (holidays excluded). Depending on the product type and qty, please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your orders for shipping.

If shipping option is not available during checkout
Please contact us at and provide us the item no., quantities, and ship-to address. We will get a freight quote for you and discuss the payment method.

  • All returns must be in re-sellable condition.
  • Customer can request a return/exchange within 10 business days.

Shipping Returns

  • All AC units CANNOT be returned by shipping.
  • Customer are responsible for the returning freight.
  • Please email us before shipping your return items.
  • Same condition, service fee and restocking fees are applied.


Refund will issue via the original payment method. Please bring the same credit/debit card for process.

Refund within 5 business days

  • Return is subjected to 5% restocking fee.
  • This applies to the unopened-box only

Refund within 10 business days

  • The return is subjected to 25% restocking fee.
  • All items must be in re-sellable condition with original packaging and accessories. If not, refund can be refused/subjected a penalty.

Why do we charge a restocking fee?

Our restocking fee covers applicable shipping, handling, testing and validation, re-boxing, and manufacturer return fees.
