— SHIPPING —

All orders are processed and shipped during the regular business hours, Monday to Friday (holidays excluded). Depending on the product type and qty, please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your orders for shipping.

If shipping option is not available during checkout
Please contact us at marxair@yahoo.ca and provide us the item no., quantities, and ship-to address. We will get a freight quote for you and discuss the payment method.

— PICK UP —

Pickup Location: 45 Riviera Dr., Unit 2, Markham ON  L3R 5J6
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order. We will contact you once we have your order is ready.
Any urgent order request, please call us at 905-415-8075 for further discussion.

 RETURN —

  • All returns must be in re-sellable condition.
  • Customer can request a return/exchange within 10 business days.
  • Method: Returning the items directly to the store

Shipping Returns

  • All AC units CANNOT be returned by shipping.
  • Customer are responsible for the returning freight.
  • Please email us before shipping your return items.
  • Same condition, service fee and restocking fees are applied.

— REFUND —

Refund will issue via the original payment method. Please bring the same credit/debit card for process.

Refund within 5 business days

  • Return is subjected to 5% restocking fee.
  • This applies to the unopened-box only

Refund within 10 business days

  • The return is subjected to 25% restocking fee.
  • All items must be in re-sellable condition with original packaging and accessories. If not, refund can be refused/subjected a penalty.

Why do we charge a restocking fee?

Our restocking fee covers applicable shipping, handling, testing and validation, re-boxing, and manufacturer return fees.
